Why does the tracking information not match what it says in my account?

There may be slight differences between the tracking information on the tracking website and what you can see in your account. 

Every carrier uses different phrases to explain the tracking process. For example, UPS commonly shows "A UPS shipping label has been created" this means that the shipment has left our warehouse and is on its way to the UPS facility. Orders may stay in this status for a while whilst the order is on route to the destination country where UPS will collect the package. Please rest assured that the order has been sent and is on its way.
