You have 45 days from receiving the product to contact us for a return.
If you wish to return the item for an exchange or refund you will have to pay the shipping cost both ways. Shipping fees are at the customers expense and are non-refundable.
At Gearbest we will strive to serve you the best, as long as the returned items are unused, brand new, and come with all original tags and their original packaging we will offer you a refund. Any product that has been used or damaged by the user is automatically disqualified from a return.
